successfully serves the health and personal care
products markets. For over a decade, the company has
been dedicated to making and bringing to the marketplace

customers, both large and small, are national as well as
internationally based. More than 100, 000 square foot
facility houses Universal Beauty Products research and
development laboratories, sales and marketing staff,
manufacturing, customer services, administration and
warehouse operations. All of the company's employees

MANAGEMENT & TECHNICAL STAFF
The management and technical staff bring more than 60
years combined experience to producing quality health
and beauty aids products. The technical staff is always
researching new technologies, reviewing the latest ,high
quality ingredients and developing new or revising
existing formulations in order to present to the
market-place the absolutely best products. The practical
hands-on experience of the management and technical
staff plays a critical role in their successful efforts
to satisfy a specialized market.
MANUFACTURING & PACKAGING
A modern, well-equipped research and development
laboratory and an efficient manufacturing facility helps
guarantee the company's commitment to high quality
products. The manufacturing facility has state of the
art equipment, experienced supervisors and line
employees who work expeditiously in a safe and clean
environment. Our versatile production equipment and well
engineered production and filling lines accommodate a
variety of formula types, components and special
packaging services. Packaging materials are stored in a
computerized warehouse. In-house screenprint and
labeling equipment makes for quick turn-around for the
availability of packaging materials for both the company
and for all Private Label Customers. Package design
along with label consultation and label design are
provided to the customer.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The highest level of quality is assured through strict
control measures and proven procedures in accordance
with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Each step of
the manufacturing procedure is supervised by the plant
manager, a line supervisor and a chemist.
WAREHOUSING & SHIPPING
After manufacturing, products are moved to the Finished
Goods (Inventory) area for shipping to customers. Our
large inventory levels ensures that the majority of
orders will be shipped within two working days of the
receipt of the order. The docking and shipping area can
accommodate several trucks simultaneously.
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
A sales team is on hand to answer questions related to
the product lines and to follow-up on all orders. The
Customer Service Department provides both support to the
Sales Force and handles all customer concerns
